Brunhilde is our iron and zinc supplement made from three whole foods: organic beef blood, organic beef heart and pure oyster extract, combined into one daily serving with iron, zinc, vitamin B12, copper, selenium and vitamin A. Instead of mineral salts, you get heme iron from blood and zinc from oysters.

Each daily serving of 9 capsules provides 2.4 mg iron (17% NRV), 2.1 mg zinc (21% NRV), 3.8 µg vitamin B12 (151% NRV), 0.33 mg copper (33% NRV), 9.8 µg selenium (18% NRV) and 131 µg vitamin A (16% NRV). Iron and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal red blood cell formation. Iron also contributes to normal formation of haemoglobin and to normal oxygen transport in the body. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails.
