For this special delicacy, we combine creamy German blossom honey with aromatic wild blueberries - also known as bilberries. The finely ground berries give the honey its intense dark-red color, wonderfully creamy consistency, and characteristic fruity flavor with a pleasantly mild tart note. The tiny berry seeds are deliberately left intact, showing at a glance that this jar contains real fruit.
