Dosage

Recommended Use

Daily Requirement
The recommended daily intake of vitamin C in Switzerland for adults is 110 mg for men and 95 mg for women. Pregnant women need an additional 10 mg per day, and breastfeeding women require 60 mg more per day than women who are not breastfeeding.

At Raw Animal, however, we recommend taking more, as overdosing on vitamin C is virtually impossible.
